Picasa desktop is the best tool to view, organize, edit and upload photos to Picasa-Web albums. The latest version of Picasa desktop also allows to share albums directly on the Google+. But, quite often one wants to upload photos over the Facebook, too.
There are few available ways to upload photos on Facebook. But if you are using Picasa desktop as your primary photo viewer and manager then Picasa Uploader for facebook is the right tool for you. It will add a button to your Picasa software enabling you to upload directly to your existing Facebook albums or create a new Facebook photo album directly from Picasa.

Install Picasa Uploader for Facebook
Step 1: Visit the http://apps.facebook.com/picasauploader/ and click the big install button to install the uploader. (Note - The button works on Adobe AIR framework. If you've already installed the Adobe AIR on your system then you can directly install uploader button from here.)
Step 2: You'll be prompted to launch Picasa and import the new button. Click Yes.
Step 3: The Configure Buttons window will appear. Select the Facebook button from Available Buttons and click the Add button to add it to the Current Buttons list. Click OK.
That's it. The Facebook button should now appear in the button bar at the bottom of the Picasa window.
Upload Pictures on Facebook from Picasa
Once you are done with the installing and configuring Facebook button, you are good to go for uploading pics right from your picasa.
Step 1: Select a group of pictures you would like to upload, then click the Facebook button.
Step 2: A new window will prompt you for your Facebook login credentials. Login with your Facebook email and password.
Step 3: In the uploading options window, You will be able to choose an existing album or create a new album. Fill in the details for your photos, set your privacy setting, and click upload when you are ready to send the pictures to Facebook.
Step 4: Once album uploading is done you will need to login to Facebook and approve the uploaded photos.
